What a fantastic find! We booked last minute and Elley, the hostess, was super helpful and quick to respond. The cottage itself was absolutely lovely, with beautiful decor and immaculately clean. We brought our two dogs and they were well catered for with all the necessary amenities provided. The location was perfect, with easy parking right outside. We especially enjoyed the charming surroundings and the convenience of having shops, pubs, and a deli within walking distance. We can't wait to return!
The only small downside was that there weren't mirrors in the bedrooms, but honestly, the hallway mirror worked just fine for styling hair. a minor issue in an otherwise perfect stay.

Honestly, I'm not a fan of showers, but I know some people love them.

The cottage was super neat and had all the essentials. We had a blast exploring the beautiful countryside on our bikes. The views of the castle were sick! Plus, the host, Elley, was the coolest ever. Can't wait to go back for more adventures!
Wish there was a wicked game room or a cool hangout spot for teens like us. That would have taken our fun to the next level!

The room at Grooms Cottage was cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The flat-screen TV was great for relaxing and catching up on my favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, was a game-changer for cooking meals and cleaning up afterwards. I loved the convenience and the feeling of having my own little space.
I personally found the bathroom with only a shower to be a slight drawback. But hey, that's just my preference.

My wife says that adding a mirror in the bedrooms would be helpful.
